We took over Más Masa in 2022 with a shared goal: to bring care and honesty back into the kitchen.
Karina grew up cooking alongside her mother, learning flavors that brought comfort and connection. Ana brought the heart to build a business rooted in community, where both customers and staff feel looked after. Together, we saw the chance to turn Más Masa into something more — a place where food could feel homemade, served without the wait.
From grinding our corn in-house to prepping meals fresh each day, we’ve done our best to do things right. It hasn’t always been easy — we’ve had to learn on the fly, build a team from the ground up, and earn back trust. But the support from our community (and the love from our staff) keeps us going.
Our hope is simple: that you feel the care in every bite, and leave a little more nourished than when you walked in.
